SEAL:

Modest square shouldered round bottom shield at bottom of field divided by one horizontal line into two parts.
The charge in the upper is 2 crossed swords on a hanging banner
The lower is a cannon, facing Lt. with human figure cannoneer wearing plumed headgear
Helmet above is lavishly surrounded by branching scrolling stems descending to fillsides of field. The crest above the helm is peacock, tail spread, facing Rt.

Tag attached is partly legible
